Kyaikto embraces a cultural, logistic/ transport, and industrial (tourism, agriculture, business and processing industry) center that contributes to the sustainable development of Mon State and Myanmar. The objective of this study was to successfully collect and analyze pertinent information, leading to the development of a future vision and concept, the formulation of a spatial plan, and the preparation of a potential project list with an implementation plan (roadmap). Ultimately, our goal was to compile all these components into a comprehensive Concept Plan while also achieving capacity enhancement for the relevant agencies to ensure its effective implementation, and we successfully accomplished this objective.
