The key objective of this study is to design a transportation ecosystem that can achieve the vision of New Yangon City as a Livable City with high mobility, good health, clean environment, active society, and good connectivity. Specifically, our transportation plan will target developing a quality public transit system, safe and effective pedestrian and bicycle facilities that are well integrated with transit, and a road system that meets the needs of moving people and goods. 

Finally, the collective transportation ecosystem, which includes pedestrian and bicycle facilities, public transportation networks, roadway networks, and associated transportation policies, must achieve a high level of performance. Specifically, the objective is to design a transportation ecosystem for New Yangon City which achieves certain key performance indicators.
